Once your order is placed on luckythirteen.co.uk/shop it is sent to our Print-On-Demand company who will print and fulfill your order. Your order will be securely packed and sent via courier to you, the customer. This takes 10 days to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Shipping costs will be calculated at check out but to give you an idea please see the chart below. Prices shown are in euros and do not include tax. These numbers can change but don’t worry as you will always be charged the up to date rate at checkout.

If your order is for a limited edition, original artwork or special sale item then within a week LuckyThirteen will pack your purchase securely and send it to you via courier. In this case, we shall communicate with you directly about timings and details.
Approx. shipping speeds: USA/West Europe: 4-10 days, rest of world: 7-14 days. We do not ship to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, or Syria.
returns policy
NOTE: Everybody’s computer displays colors differently, so if you are not sure about the colors in our pictures, please ask for more photos.
We want all our customers to receive high-quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us by email. Please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week (7 calendar days) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and we will refund the cost minus shipping.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise, it will not be possible to obtain a refund. We will inspect them and process the refund. If it is a print on demand item then we shall bring up the claim with the POD company and you will need to return the product to their facility.
Wrong Address – If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us and the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We also don’t accept returns due to buyers remorse!
